REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), under the USAID Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) is issuing a Request for expression of interest for Development of a Software for ARV Management.

The purpose of the GHSC-PSM project is to ensure uninterrupted supplies of health commodities in support of USG-funded public health initiatives around the world. In Vietnam, the project provides direct procurement and supply chain management support to the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). In supporting USG-funded global health activities, GHSC-PSM will develop and manage a wide array of services for health commodity procurement and related systems strengthening technical assistance encompassing different elements of a comprehensive supply chain.

At the country level, GHSC-PSM supports country strategies and priorities that fall under the following three project objectives:

• Global Commodity Procurement and Logistics
• Systems Strengthening Technical Assistance
• Global Collaboration to Improve Long-Term Availability of Health Commodities.

The GHSC-PSM plans to support the Vietnam Administration of HIV/AIDS Control with Development of a Software for ARV Management. The illustrative period of performance will be January, 2020 to March, 2020.

The GHSC-PSM invites Offerors (Firms/Companies) to express its interest in this subcontracting. An email to express interest attached with Offeror’s profile should be sent to PROCUREMENT TEAM at [email protected].

The Request for Proposal will be sent to interested Offerors. The deadline for Proposal submission is 15.00 hrs, December 25, 2019.
