Vacancy Announcement – Portfolio Programming Officer (Short-term)
Korea Eximbank is an official Export Credit Agency and operates the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) – a Korean Official Development Assistance (ODA) program. EDCF provides assistance to Vietnam for economic development and social welfare.
Against this background, Korea Eximbank seeks to recruit a dynamic and proactive person for the post described below:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist research and report on political, socio-economic and development trends or on other sectors of interest
- Provide key inputs in developing new projects and programs
- Assist with the appraisal, implementation, monitoring and closure of projects
- Liaise with national and local level government agencies, development partners, and other stakeholders
- Provide assistance to project executing agencies and consultants
- Participate in conferences, workshops and meetings, representing EDCF and Korea Eximbank
- Organize meetings, conferences, field visits or special events
- Prepare press releases and contribute to official social media accounts
- Administrative works related to the operation of the office
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications Required
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, finance, economics, business administration, English literature, development studies/practice, international relations, or any other relevant field (Need to include GPA on the job application)
- More than 1 year of professional experience in sectors including, but not limited to, ODA, International organization, Government, Business Administration (such as Human Resource, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Trade), would be an advantage
- Relevant experience in the ODA , Government, International organization, and Finance Institution would be an advantage
- Network with Government and financial communities would be an advantage
- Required excellent oral and written communication skills in English(accepting English score such as TOEFL, TOEIC or IELTS) and local language

- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Additional Information
- Period for contract terms : Mid of December 2019 ~ Mid of June 2020
- Monthly Salary Level : $$$ (It shall be decided based on the qualification of the applicant)
