The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Saving Species Program is USAID/Vietnam’s flagship implementation vehicle for combating wildlife trafficking and implemented by Tetra Tech in partnership with Vietnam CITES Management Authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. TRAFFIC Vietnam and the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) are also project partners.
USAID Saving Species is seeking one (01) qualified Consultant to conduct research and assess the situation of illegal wildlife trade on the internet and propose solutions to prevent wildlife trafficking.

Overall Goal: Strengthening enforcement performance of the CITES Management Authority and related law enforcement agencies in Vietnam through data collection and research on internet illegal wildlife trade and trafficking.
