Objectives of the Consultancy
The main objectives of the assignment are;
Consultant’s responsibilities:
The consultant will carry out the following tasks with close communication with Health & Nutrition coordinator, Food and Nutrition Security Technical Advisor and Hmong expert; and under the supervision of Project manager.
Task 1. Develop a detailed workplan
The consultant will meet the SC project team to discuss and agree on the workplan. SC should provide necessary information and support with the consultant in order to facilitate the consultant’s understanding and expected work and outcomes.
Task 2. Draft the scripts for audio book, lyrics and melodies and record the 1st draft
The consultant will develop the first drafts of the script for audio book, lyrics and melodies of the songs by referring to (i) IEC materials with similar contents and (ii) inputs from SC and Hmong expert.
Particularly, the consultant will do as follows:

Task 3: Test the 1st draft with local partners in Yen Bai and develop to 2nd draft
Focus Group discussion with local partners and beneficiaries will be conducted to gather their feedback on the 1st draft. The process will be as follows;
Task 4. Test the 2nd draft with beneficiaries in Yen Bai and finalize
Focus Group discussion with beneficiaries including mothers, fathers and grandparents will be conducted to gather their feedback on the 2 nd draft. The final materials should be approved by SC and Hmong expert.
