Agriterra cooperate with farmers’ organizations and cooperatives, professionalizing their functioning and service provision to their members, where the members want to increase their productivity and income, their position in the markets, access to finance and to add value to their products. 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic national candidate to fill in the position of a Temporary Office Assistant, based in Hanoi Office.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and follow up on logistics arrangement including transport and accommodation, etc for local staff, consultants, Dutch BAs, Agri-pool experts…
• General office support (reception of visitors, correspondence, stationeries and other office stuff)
• Support for visa & work permit, office permit related procedures arrangement.
• Translation of documents, mission reports, project reports, etc when required
• Finding and picking out the document following the accountant’s guidance.
• Sequencing the documents in order
• Scan and photocopy the documents for financial report
• Go to bank to collect the bank statement
• Other tasks as assigned

Candidate profile

• Committed Vietnamese citizen
• Fluent in English
• University degree
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience at international organisation(s)
• Initiative and creative in solving problems
• Ability to work independently and with the team
• Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
• Good computer skills in MS-applications (Word, Excel, Internet, Email)

Contract Duration:

The selected candidate will be offered initially for employment contract till end of September 2020 with two months’ probation time and possibility of extension subject to performance and availability of funds.
