Introduction
ADDA is a Danish NGO founded in March 1994 in order to meet the need for rural development through agricultural education in Southeast Asia. ADDA has been working in Vietnam since 1998 assisting the poor and ethnic minorities in the Northern Provinces. The project ”Strengthening the Voice and Capacity of Vulnerable Ethnic Minority Farmers in Climate Resilience in Northwest Vietnam” (VOF) is built upon PanNature and ADDA experiences from the previous intervention “Climate Change and Ethnic Minorities in Northern Vietnam (CEMI)”, funded by the Climate and Environment Fund and successfully implemented from July 2014 to June 2017. The project started in January this year and implemented in 06 villages in Son La and Lai Chau.
