Scope of work:

Under the overall supervision of UHC – HLE and NCD technical officer, the consultant will work directly with the national government (Ministry of Health and relevant institutions) and stakeholders, on the following outputs:

• Output 1: Technical assistance provided to the MOH in reforming district health system and reorienting service delivery towards people centred integrated care, using care for NCDs and older people as entry points
• Output 2: Technical assistance provided to the MOH and related partner in improving access to and quality of health care services provided to NCD and older patients, across the levels of care.
