Institute for Social Development Studies (ISDS) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation established by the Decision 468/TC-LHH dated 27 th May 2002 of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). Until now, ISDS has been recognized as one of the leading reputable research institutes in Viet Nam for its high quality research and appliance of social science in interventions and policy recommendations for positive societal changes. ISDS is now looking for a talented and motivated individual for coach/researcher position described below.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide effective telephone support to youth living with HIV based on specified protocol regime delivery, following a telephone script
• To ensure the study participants receive the support per protocol procedures
• To participate in research activities such as data collection, report writing
• Other duties as assigned
• Reports directly to the Co-Principal Investigator

Requirements:

• BA degree in in health, social sciences or related fields (sociology, public health or related fields)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with vulnerable population and health projects in related fields is preferable
• Good skills in working in a team, desire to acquire new knowledge,
• English skill is an asset
• Ability to use EPI Data, STATA, SPSS, NVivo is an advantage
