Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/ VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with the Bureau of Medical Service Administration – MOH, is seeking for a national consultant to upgrade the Disability Healthcare and Rehabilitation Information System.
