Local consultant supporting an assessment of the implementation of

the national rehabilitation development plan for 2014 – 2020

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with the Bureau of Medical Service Administration – MOH, is seeking a local consultant supporting an assessment of the implementation of the national rehabilitation development plan for 2014 – 2020 (Decision 4039/2014/QD-BYT), as basis for development of the national rehabilitation strategic plan for the next period.
