Consultancy service of Labour Inspection Case Management System Development under New Industrial Relations Framework (NIRF) Project – International Labour Organization (ILO)
The New Industrial Relations Framework (NIRF) Project has collaborated with the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) to conduct a series of technical cooperation activities to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of the Labour Inspection system, including the improvement of labour inspection information system. Based on the current wire-framed mock-up of the future web application, following a user-centered design process, NIRF Project is seeking to engage a local IT firm or a Viet Nam-based international IT firm to collaborate closely with MOLISA Inspectorate to build, test and roll out an application that will be effective in managing labour inspection cases in a systematic, efficient and secure manner.
This computerized application will be used for labour inspectors at the central and provincial levels to help record information from inspection actions, follow-up cases until their conclusion and serve as a management tool to monitor compliance, assist strategic planning and to assess performance of the labour inspection system.
