Background:

Abilis Foundation is a development fund from Finland which is channeling funding to projects that are planned, implemented and monitored by people with disabilities in developing countries. Abilis´s emphasis is on grassroots organizations. The mission of Abilis Foundation is to promote the human rights, equal opportunities, independent living, and activities planned by persons with disabilities in developing countries especially in Mekong region. Abilis officially worked in Vietnam in 2014 and Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities (DP Hanoi) is our local partner.

In order to implement a new project on vocational training for youth with disabilities in partnership with DP Hanoi, a Project Coordinator will be recruited as in TOR (attached)
