PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified agency to complete the job of production, placement and maintenance services for the outdoor billboards and signage in various provinces across Vietnam. There are 3 separated projects that need this service:

1. Production, placement and maintenance services of 120 one-sided Malaria outdoor billboards in Binh Phuoc, Gia Lai and Dak Lak for 12 months with one layout changes. Please find more information in the attached SVC 20-05 Malaria Billboards in Binh Phuoc, Gia Lai and Dak Lak

Please study the details SOW and send us your quotation for all three projects or one separately paying attention to the followings:

1. Use PSI financial proposals (attached)
2. Submit Financial proposal (quotation) in sealed envelop
3. Submit Company profile with copy of business registration, copy of 2-3 similar contracts and copy of last 3 year financial statement (no notarized copy required).

Quotation separately via one of the followings:

• Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
• Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 17:00 18 May 2020. Quotations which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
