SCOPE OF WORK
Junior Consultant on COVID-19 Communications
I. Background
PATH is implementing the USAID/PATH Healthy Markets COVID-19 project in Vietnam. The project aims to achieve the following three objectives:
- Improve the environment for private-sector engagement and investment in the COVID-19 response
- Empower USAID community-based partners and their stakeholders with critical COVID-19 related information and skills in case management
- Increase access to personal protective equipment among health workers and lay providers
II. Proposed activities
- Support to collect COVID-19 communications material and guidelines
- Work with team to review COVID-19 communication materials for people living with disability
- Work with team to develop COVID-19 communications materials for online and off-line use
- Support to create creative online contents (including clips, communication visuals…) for various platforms, including the Website, Facebook.
- Assist with the general day-to-day communication tasks.
- Others as discussed and agreed.
III. Required knowledge and skills:
- Enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program: communications, journalism, and relevant areas.
- Commitment and passion for communications works.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrable interests & certain experience in developing creative social media content and effectively managing social media channels and content schedules
- Experiences, expertise in videos, photography, design… are highly desirable
- Fluent in Vietnamese with a professional level of English (reading and writing)
