Translation Service from Korean into Vietnamese
Call for Expressions of Interest and Proposal
#025 - Job Title: To provide translation of Health Insurance Research and Assessment (HIRA)’s guidelines on list of HI reimbursable services and payment rate from Korean into Vietnamese.
1. Background:
WHO Viet Nam country office has been receiving a request from VSS (Vietnam Social Security Agency) and MOH to have the Health Insurance Research and Assessment (HIRA)’s guidelines translated from Korean to Vietnamese, to help the technical teams to learn more effectively methodology to build and design the system.
2. Work to be performed
To provide written translation of the HIRA guidelines on benefits, pricing, and payment mechanism. The translator will translate several sessions/chapters of the book, as indicated and required by the office. (Around 95 pages)
Output 1:
Deliverable 1.1: translated chapters in written Vietnamese
The translation fee will be based on Vietnam market rate for Korean – Vietnamese translation.

Experience required:
- Experience:
- Essential: Previous interpretation/translation experience in the area of health, with knowledge of the field of medical services.
- Desirables:
Skills / Technical skills and knowledge:
Language requirements: Korean and Vietnamese
Competencies: Ability to provide the professional translation from Korean into Vietnamese.
