UN Women Viet Nam is seeking for an International consultant [team leader] on financing for gender equality to work closely with two national consultants [one on gender responsive budgeting; the other on Vietnamese finance policy] to develop a briefing paper on financing for gender equality,  to inform the development, implementation and monitoring of the coming National Strategy for Gender Equality 2021-2030.
