Research Agency/Company to Conduct the Malaria Mystery Client Survey and Focus Group Discussion

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified research agency company to conduct the Malaria Mystery Client Survey and Focus Group Discussion in 4 provinces (Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Binh Phuoc and Khanh Hoa). Please refer to attached files for the details and pay attention to the following:
- Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
- Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelopes with title “SVC20-13 Malaria Mystery Client Survey and Focus Group Discussion in 4 provinces ”
- Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address
Note: We will evaluate your technical proposal based on following criteria:
- Quality of proposed plan and methodology
- Organization profile and Proposed personnel and management approach
- Timeline
- Working Partnership
The deadline for submitting question, clarification is 12:00 September 28, 2020 . All questions must be sent to email address [email protected] and [email protected] . PSI’s clarification will be shared to all interested agencies
The deadline for submitting technical proposal & financial proposal is 16:00 October 5, 2020. Proposals which are not submitted by this deadline will not be considered.
