WCS Vietnam is currently renting P106, Building D, No.3 Thanh Cong and we need to expand area by renting an additional 3rd floor on the basis of the two currently used floors. The total area is about 320m2.

Requirements for companies participating in the bid:

• Has been established for at least 3 years.
• Have at least 3 years of experience related to office design and repair services.
• Has done at least 5 office design and repair projects with an area equal to or larger. Clients are NGOs, foreign organizations are an advantage.
• The project leader is with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Profile requirement:

• Financial records: including quotation according to the form of WCS + latest financial statements.
• Technical documents:
  
  • Design/layout
  • Business registration certificate
  • Construction plan
  • Human resource plan
  • CV of key personnel
  • Proof of capacity: list of projects that have been done and typical works photos with contact information of the investor.
