Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Viet Nam is looking  two (02) candidates for the position of Shelter Technical Officer with details requirements in the attached TOR.

Requirements:

• Has Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and owns experience in construction projects with a minimum of three (3) years of which in construction supervisory capacity.
• Experience with humanitarian assistance project.
• Working experience with International or national NGOs or government agencies in recovery and reconstruction programs, especially in retrofitting is preferable while liaising with the local government will be preferred.
• Experience in supervising and managing the quality of fast track project of site development and repairing/construction project.
