UN Women, in cooperation with CWD, is looking for a team of three consultants on Gender Based Violence including one International consultant - Team leader (TOR-VNM-2020-088) and two National consultants - Team members (TOR-VNM-2020-089 and TOR-VNM-2020-090) to conduct the capacity development and services quality assessment of Center for Women Development (CWD)’s Peace House Counselling Service (PHCS) and three Peace House Shelters (PHS); and develop a 3 year capacity development roadmap for CWD based on the capacity development and services quality assessment.
