CALL FOR PROPOSAL
1. Introduction
In a partnership with the Danish Embassy in Hanoi in the project Inclusive city: making Hanoi livable for the most marginalized groups of migrant workers, the Centre for Community Empowerment (CECEM) is looking for a partner to carry out a communication campaign that aims to give migrant workers opportunities to tell their stories about Hanoi from their perspectives. It aims to address social stigma that Hanoi does not belong to migrant workers and migrant workers do not belong to Hanoi.
Along with photovoice, this campaign will map out daily routes of migrant workers through GPS equipment. This mobility map would demonstrate migrant workers are actually those who interact with the city the most.
These photovoice and mobility maps will be used for a campaign on “inclusive city for migrant workers”.
