SCOPE OF WORK
FOR DESIGN OF DATA VISUALIZATION AND OTHER COMMUNICATION MATERIALS
I. Introduction
PATH is working on a project funded by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to develop, implement, use, and evaluate interoperable health information systems to achieve HIV/AIDS and TB epidemic control through improved health informatics policy, governance, workforce capacity, and systems under PEPFAR. In this project, PATH will provide support to health partners in data use and data visualization to have timely public health responses.
II. Scope of work
PATH is looking for a professional designer consultant to design data visualization as well as the project communication materials. This includes the following key activities, but not limited to:

IV. Estimated number of consultancy days: up to 30 days (based on discussion and agreement between the consultant and PATH technical staff).

Monthly report with number of serviced days and required/ approved deliverables attached.
