Human Resources Services Provider – Vietnam
Title: Human Resource Provider
The American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) is a non-profit program that implements legal reform, governance, anti-corruption and civil society capacity building programs in more than 50 countries around the world. ABA ROLI has nearly 500 professional staff working abroad and, in its Washington, D.C. office.
ABA ROLI is seeking proposals from Human Resources Services Providers based in Vietnam to provide payroll administration and human resources support to ABA ROLI’s team of 6 individuals.
Applicants should demonstrate an understanding of Vietnam’s new Labor Code, and other relevant labor laws. Applications will be considered from qualified and experienced firms who are regularly established in the business of providing staffing solutions, and who in the judgement of ABA ROLI are financially responsible. Successful applicants will show evidence of reliability, capability, experience, and knowledgeable personnel to perform the requested services.

Responses should be concise and address the needs of ABA ROLI as stated in the RFP. Responding vendors should concisely but completely describe the scope of services they feel are appropriate to ABA ROLI’s needs. Please indicate the person who will be the primary point of contact with ABA ROLI for any follow up.
