VVOB Vietnam is looking for a printing and delivering service for 02 materials of iPLAY project (Learning through play guide and Teacher professional development roadmap on LtP)

• To provide printing service for the 02 materials “Learning through play guide” & “Teacher professional development roadmap on LtP”. The design is already prepared by VVOB.
• To work with the publisher and process all the paperwork needed for publishing if needed. Prefer a publisher who specializes in the education sector. The quotation should include the fee for the publishing license.
• Delivering products to VVOB Vietnam office in Hanoi and Danang.  

Pleae refer to the attached TORs (English and Vietnamese) for more information.

Profile of the service provider

The service provider will be required to have:  

• Expertise in printing and publishing.
• Extensive experience in producing development work-related for international organizations.
• Excellent technical capacities (designing and printing) to ensure high-quality production.
• Good time management to meet the deadline.

Application requirements

A valid application will include:

• Company portfolio.
• A breakdown quotation follows the template in the annex below.
• At least 3 reference contacts of the work have done.
