Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for a Supplier who provides workshop organizing service in Vinh Phuc Province in March, 2021 with following requirements:

1. Supplier:

• has at least 2 years of experience in organizing event, workshop
• has organized at least 5 workshops with more than 80 participants.

2. Venue:

• distance from the workshop venue to Bear Sanctuary Center (Tam Dao, Vinh Phuc) is not more than 15km
• standard equivalent to Venus Hotel (Tam Dao)

3. Proposals should include:

• Company profile
• List of similar workshops have been done
• Signed and stamped quotation (use the attached form)

Interested suppliers please send the proposal in the sealed envelope to WCS Viet Nam office at D Building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi. The financial proposal form is attached for information.
