Position: Administration and Finance Intern
Work location: Ha Noi Office

Summary:

Currently, East Meets West Foundation is seeking a candidate to fill in the position of Admin. And Finance Intern to support for Admin. and Finance Ha Noi Manager in a variety of Receptionist, administrative and financial support duties for Ha Noi Office and Programs.

The job holder will handle the following duties:

Administration:

• Meet and greet guests to the office, distribute incoming and outgoing mails to appropriate staff members in the office;
• Answer telephone calls, transfer calls to appropriate staff members.
• Responsible in stamping, scanning, printing, photocopying, tracking and storing system of documents.
• Support logistics for workshops/conferences for projects, general events and operational activities of the office.
• Support to purchase, maintain office equipment, functions and supplies with appropriate services and venders. 
• Support to translate Vietnamese – English and vice versa when needed;

Finance:

• Check monthly request for payment & breakdown the list to programs from partner agencies including EMS, Air tickets, stationery, water, electricity.

Job Specifications/ Qualifications:

• College or University degree in Business Administration, English, Finance or related field of study.
• Fluency in MS Office Suite. 
• Professional attitude, appearance, and diligence. 
• Fluency in English (Speaking and writing)
• Able to work independently as well as work in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
