Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for a Supplier who provides workshop organizing service in Buon Ma Thuot (planned on 06-08 May, 2021) with following requirements:

1. Supplier:

• has at least 3 years of experience in organizing event, workshop
• has organized at least 3 similar workshops with more than 60 participants.

2. Venue:

• Has standard of 4 stars or higher
• Location in city center is preferred
• Has at least 2 conference/meeting rooms for more than 60 participants. Meeting rooms are with open view, no column in the room, high ceiling (more than 3.5m).
• Has more than 80 rooms for accommodation.

3. Proposals should include:

• Company’s business license
• List of similar workshops have been done
• Signed and stamped quotation (use the attached form)
