Under the framework of the Mobile banking project Phase II funded by DFAT, TAF has been working with VBSP to revise the Group Leaders (GL) Mobile App, that was initially developed in the project’s Phase I.

The revised GL Mobile App will include two important functions:

1. digitalization of policy credit management work by local mass organizations, chairperson of commune people’s committee and the VBSP’s mobile transaction unit (MTU) staff;
2. digitalization of the financial transactions by Savings and Credit Groups (SCGs). These functions are critical to build a ground for delivery of VBSP’s digital financial services with its special characteristics in the bank’s operations and client base.

To support the development of Function (ii), TAF needs to hire 01 technology company to design UX/UI for the GL Mobile App with details as attached TOR.
