Project Objective
SI is implementing the new USAID/Vietnam Learns Contract. The scope of the five-year project is to support USAID/Vietnam staff and its implementing partners to implement more efficient, effective, and sustainable programs by (1) improving staff P knowledge and skills in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) and Collaborating, Learning & Adapting (CLA); (2) advancing evidence-informed decision-making; (3) strengthening strategic collaboration between staff and local stakeholders.
Position Description
SI is seeking a Part- time Monitoring Consultant to support the USAID Mission to implement and adopt the Development Information Solution (DIS) and M&E related matters. The Consultant manages USAID’s portfolio to capture one cohesive development story – from strategy to results – for internal and external stakeholders. DIS is used by every mission, bureau and independent office in the Agency to improve business and operational efficiencies and facilitate evidence-based decision making. The Consultant will work closely with USAID-funded Implementing Partners offering technical supports on the actual implementation of DIS. The Consultant will work closely with other Monitoring team members to achieve more strategic engagements and sustainable results.
