Position Description

Primary objectives for the project will be to: 

1. Research and evaluate the potential for development of Van Phong economic zone
2. Analysis of the current socio-economic status of Khanh Hoa and Van Ninh district
3. International and domestic context, position of Van Phong EZ for Khanh Hoa province and the region and solutions for recovery, specific mechanism for development of Van Phong economic zone

The position will be based in Hanoi but will involve travel to other cities within Vietnam.
