We are looking for 01 Intern, USAID Biodiversity Conservation, WWF-Viet Nam, based in Ha Noi

The USAID Biodiversity Conservation project will contribute to maintaining and increasing forest quality, and protecting and stabilizing wildlife populations in national parks and nature reserves in Vietnam. To obtain these goals, the project will implement four Strategic Approaches (SA) including SA1: Promote Conservation-Friendly Enterprises in Forest Dependent Communities; SA2: Strengthen Management of Special Use and Protection Forests; SA3: Increase Functionality of Law Enforcement Systems for Forest and Wildlife Crimes and; SA4: Reduce Local Demand for illicit forest derived products through Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Methodologies.

Major Responsibilities

• Supporting interpretation/translation for project’s expat and assist Admin in logistic tasks
• Translate documents, letters, newsletter and other materials from English to Vietnamese or vice versa as assigned by the USAID Biodiversity Conservation project;
• Initially format the reports, research and other documents to ensure the standard appearance and branding regulations of the Project;
• Support organizing Project’s events and activities and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. 

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Three-year or final year student majoring in Languages, Business Administration, or in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Excellent English skills;
