Supplier to Provide Workshop Organizing Service in Da Nang city
Wildlife Conservation Society, Viet Nam Program (WCS) is seeking for a Supplier who provides workshop organizing service in Da Nang city (planned on 02-7 January 2022) with following requirements:
1. Supplier:
- has at least 5 years of experience in organizing event, workshop.
- has organized at least 3 workshops with more than 50 participants.
- be able to organize field trip activity in Cu Lao Cham Biosphere Reserve in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province or Son Tra Nature Reserve in Da Nang city.
2. Venue:
- Has standard of 4 stars or higher, with sea view.
- Location with sea view is preferred.
- Has at least 2 conference/meeting rooms for more than 50 participants. Meeting rooms have open view, no column in the room, high ceiling.
- Has more than 80 rooms for accommodation.
- Has service/procedure to mitigate COVID-19 risk.
3. Proposals should include:
- Information/description and photos of the hotel to meet above criteria of venue.
- Information/plan to organize field trip activity in Cu Lao Cham Biosphere Reserve in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province or Son Tra Nature Reserve in Da Nang city.
- Company registration.
- List of similar workshops have been done.
- Brief information of supporting employees at the workshop.
- Signed and stamped quotation (use the attached form)
Interested suppliers please send the proposal in the sealed envelope to WCS Viet Nam office at D Building, No. 3 Thanh Cong, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi. The financial proposal form is attached for information.
