Context: VVOB is launching two separate calls for quotation: One for South Africa and one for Vietnam; Even though the two countries are covered in two different calls for quotations, overlapping research ideas are present, for example, in the development of a longitudinal study using a structured questionnaire. Therefore, we foresee a platform where consultancy teams of Vietnam and South Africa meet throughout the project whenever deemed necessary. If you wish to submit proposals for both calls, please feel invited to do so. Please note that you will need to argue how you can cover both countries and make sure to submit two separate proposals.
Objective: This call for quotations is part of the BLEND project, implemented in South Africa and Vietnam to introduce blended continuous professional development (CPD) in the countries in a context of recurring disruptions of teaching and learning due to COVID-19. The successful bidder(s) will help VVOB in finding answers to the question "What are the Contributions of Blended Approaches to Teachers' and School Leaders' Continous Professional Development?"
