Background

The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a five-year, global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets and address the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are seeking a qualified vendor to provide reusable and washable customized fabric masks, as part of a promotional strategy for our online service appointment booking platform (Suc Khoe Connect) and client feedback.
Item Specifications:
The qualified vendor is expected to provide 10,000 fabric masks with the following specifications:
The vendor should be able to assist EpiC in packing and labeling the masks according to the number of sites and quantity for each site, which would be provided by EpiC. EpiC would be responsible for the delivery of the masks.

Quotations will be reviewed and evaluated by a committee according to the price quotation information and delivery capabilities provided. Only offerors able to provide all of requirements listed above will be considered.
