Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped / VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is recruiting a Vietnamese national Finance and Admin Officer for a disability project funded by CSIP/USAID, as follows:

Position title:         Finance and Admin Officer (FAO) (1 position)
Work Station:        HCMC
Contract term:       01 year (2022) and extendable

Qualification and Experience:

• University degree in accounting/finance,
• At least 3 years working in finance/accounting field, experience with INGO is preferred
• Proficiency in using accounting software, QuickBooks experience is an asset

Competences:

• Integrity and accountability
• Carefulness, detail and discipline
• Good skills in communication, interpersonal and teamwork
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Planning & time management
