Cowater International is recruiting a team of two high qualified consultants (one international consultant and one national consultant) to develop aStrategy for Improving Access to Finance for Ethnic Minority Women and Smallholder Farmers under the Aus4Equality|GREAT Program. The two consultants will collaborate and work closely with each other to complement advantages of both international and local knowledge to produce the deliverables in a timely as detailed in the TOR. While working closely and sharing the tasks for each deliverable, the international consultant will have the overall responsibility for finalisation of the report and strategy document.
The international consultant is expected to bring in the international knowledge on the solutions on A2F for women, smallholder farmers and rural tourism providers in the South-East Asia region or internationally.
The national consultant is expected to have good knowledge and experiences on the practical solutions on A2F for women, smallholder farmers rural tourism providers in Vietnam
Both consultants are expected to have an economics/back background. Having experiences in the private sector and project implementation on A2F is preferableas well as experience with lending to smallholder farmers.
