The project “Scaling sustainable forest management and forest certification in Vietnam” is financed by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) with counter-part funds from the Vietnamese Government. It is designed to follow up the proved approach and results from the newly concluded Bio project.
The implementing agencies are the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Forestry Project Management Board (FPMB) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD).
The project’s overall objective is: “Progress has been made in the transition to sustainable, climate-friendly forest management.”
The project is expected to achieve its objectives by end of 2024 through the implementation of the three following outputs:
The project is looking for qualified national intern to fill the following position of:
National Intern
Learning area: Project Admin Intern
Duty station: Ha Noi, Vietnam.
Duration: For 6 months, starting from February 2022
Purpose:
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the F&A Coordinator, the Intern will work on execution of transparent and efficient admin, procurement and travel services and processes according to GIZ’s rules and regulations.
In close collaboration with the GIZ project Admin/Procurement team, the Admin Intern will learn & practice to achieve delivered tasks and responsibilities:
General Administration:
Travel services, logistic arrangement support
Contracting and Procurement support
Minimum requirements:
