Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects working in 45 countries.
Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 4 provinces: Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa. We focus on education, water & sanitation, income generation sectors in 6 different areas of Vietnam.

1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS |

2. MAIN DUTIES |
1. Develop child education - Prepare survey of teaching and learning condition in the project school as kindergartens, primary schools and secondary school in order to identify the supporting demand of the infrastructure and capacity enhancement for those schools;
- Work with school board and project management board in order to make proposal and implement all supporting activities in accordance with those above schools;
- Build and implement the activities for the programs of Education and Child protection;
- Regularly monitor, follow, boost and report the programs of Education and Child protection;
- Be active in introducing and developing the education programs in the project site.
2. Community development - Prepare survey, research social-economic condition, other matters and developing resources in the project site; design the suitably development-supported programs;
- Provide consultancy and support the local to make a village development plan including the field of culture, education, health, clean water, sanitation and environment;
- Work with project management board to make proposal for all development activities in the project site;
- Work with other related partners in order to implement all approved community development with high quality and deadline;
- Regularly monitor and check the operation process of those activities in the project site;
- Provide consultancy in technical for school, club, village and project management board in need for boosting the program’s efficiency; quickly support in solving the unexpected obstacles during operating the programs;
- Keep a strong relationship between GNI with partners; boost the participation of other members in community and other local related departments;
- Organize effectively regular evaluation of education program and community development.
3. Other tasks - Involve in making annual Plan of Action in the in-charged field;
- Make a guidance to partners and ensure them to obey GNI’s working rules and regulations in the operation process;
- Work with other divisions in the CDP for the effective operation;
- Be in charge of the disbursement process for those in-charged activities;
- Do other tasks of operation division as required.

3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED |
Education: University degree in social work, education or other relevant fields | Requirements: - Minimum 01 year of similar role;
- Able to work under pressure and solve the arising problem;

Skills - Ability to work independently and work with the team;
- Be able to make plans and manage the timeline of project;
- Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills;
- Good English language skills in writing & speaking;
- Good skill in computer use

- Accountable and transparent.
