Requirements:

• Master’s degree in International Development, International Relations, Environmental Studies/ Management, Solid Waste Management, or a relevant technical area.
• 5 years’ relevant management and technical experience.
• 3 years’ experience managing donor funds.  Knowledge and experience in budget management.
