2. MAIN DUTIES

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

PR & Fundraising Officer will manage GNI communication channels and brand identity at the regional level, simultaneously in charge of developing fund sources from donors and making contributions to the general fundraising strategy of GNI within the East Asia region.

DETAILS

I. PR related activities 

• Design, plan, and execute integrated PR and communication strategies for RCO to strengthen GNI brand identity at the regional level;
• Drive communication projects across field countries of East Asia;
• Design communication publications of GNI at the regional level;
• Manage and maintain communication channels of GNI at the regional level;
• Implement other related tasks assigned by Regional Coordinator.

II. Fundraising

• Well integrate with PR functions to promote fundraising activities;
• Research, identify, and secure fundraising opportunities at the regional level;
• Coordinate fundraising working group to enhance the collaboration and exchanged communication between East Asia field countries.
• Participate in proposal/grant writing training programs;
• Manage relationships with donors and develop a fundraising network at the regional level;
• Implement other related tasks assigned by the Regional Coordinator.

3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education: University degree(s) in Marketing, PR, or other relevant fields.

Requirements:

• 1-2-year experience in the Marketing/Fundraising area;
• Knowledge in fund mobilization;
• Experienced in organizing fundraising events;
• Ability to prepare proposals well
• Basic graphic design skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and solve arising problems;
• Flexibility for events taking place in the evening or on the weekend.
