Background

The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project is a five-year, global project funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC Vietnam’s goal is to deliver efficient, affordable, results-based technical assistance and direct services while closing remaining gaps in Vietnam’s efforts to meet HIV epidemic control targets and address the COVID-19 pandemic. EpiC Vietnam is also aiming to enhance support for victims of human trafficking, through reviewing and providing recommendations to the current policies on victim support, developing an inter-ministerial coordination framework, and training frontline workers in key provinces.
We are seeking a qualified vendor to produce a video outlining the process of case management and reintegration support for victims of human trafficking.
Item Specifications:
The qualified vendor is expected to create a video of approximately 6 minutes long with content on the process of case management in reintegration support for victims of human trafficking. The specific content will be provided by the EpiC Project. However, the vendor is expected to develop a high-end animation video with the following in consultation with EpiC:

Quotations will be reviewed and evaluated by a committee according to the price quotation information and delivery capabilities provided. Only offerors able to provide all of requirements listed above will be considered.
