Old job: Consulting Firms/ Research Organizations to Conduct Assignment of Developing of the Detailed Design of the Botanical Garden of Bidoup-Nui Ba National Park

WWF-Viet Nam would like to call for proposals from eligible national consulting firms/ research organizations (hereinafter called Consultant) who are interested in and qualified to conduct our assignment of developing of the detailed design of the botanical garden of Bidoup-Nui Ba National Park.

How to apply:

Interested Consultants are recommended to use the attached forms (Proposals) to structure your Proposal. Minimum compositions of the Proposal are as follows:

Proposal Submission Letter signed by an authorized person;
CV(s) of key expert(s) with a summary of relevant experience, projects, research and qualifications;
Technical Approach/Proposal for completing the deliverables;
Work plan and Team composition;
Financial proposal;
Company Profile and Business Registration Certificate

How to apply:

Please send the electronic proposal to WWF-Viet Nam’s designated mailbox at [email protected] and [email protected]. Your e-mail must have the subject
heading as “Ref FY22-1242 BCA-[name of consultant] – Proposals Submission”.
The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
Consultants may also submit their Expression of Interest directly to the address of WWF-Viet Nam. The Proposal shall be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope, the outside of which should be clearly marked “Ref FY22-1242 BCA-[name of consultant] – Proposals Submission”.- DO NOT OPEN BEFORE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION.

Note: Consultants choose one of two methods of submitting Proposal. WWF-Viet Nam encourages Consultants to submit their Proposal via email to reduce the use of paper-based products.
