Background
FHI 360 is a non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. Our staff includes experts in health, education, nutrition, environment, economic development, civil society, gender, youth, research and technology; creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today’s development challenges. FHI 360 serves more than 60 countries, all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories.
In Vietnam, FHI 360 promotes the health and wellbeing of the Vietnamese people, particularly vulnerable and marginalized populations. The organization works with the Vietnam Ministry of Health and other national bodies, as well as provincial and district-level health services to achieve project aims.
FHI 360 is interested in developing a comprehensive understanding of the potential for business operation models in the Vietnamese context. To support this effort, FHI 360 is seeking a qualified local consultant or firm to conduct a landscape analysis of the funding context, legal framework, and policies on the operation and funding for development programs in the country.
