REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Deloitte Consulting Overseas Project (DCOP) is soliciting proposals from qualified local Vietnamese firms to submit a Technical Proposal - Supporting a National Strategy for Deploying a Business Information system under the USAID Improving Private Sector Competitiveness (IPSC) Activity. IPSC is an Official Development Assistance (ODA) funded by USAID. Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI)/Agency for Enterprise Development (AED) is the Vietnam Government Counterpart.

Offerors will be required to provide:

Corporate Qualifications Statement with Relevant Experience
Contact Information for 3 Reference
Summary of Current and Relevant Experience
Summary of Proposed Staff Profiles and Qualifications
Local Registration and Insurance Certificates
Timeline From the Start of the Program to Completion, Including Key Milestones and Deliverables
Technical Proposal with an Implementation Plan
