Seeking a Virtual Personal Assistant

The Background:

The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) is the world’s largest certification systems, seeking to transform the way forest are managed globally and locally to ensure all can enjoy the environmental, social, and economic benefits that forests offer. 

Description:

PEFC Southeast Asia manager would like to hire the personal assistantfrom Vietnamese, Thai,or Lao to support work organization with a complex schedule and stakeholder network. Training will be provided for right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Planning and ensure effective implementation of activities through SEA;
2. Record, keeping, filling and preparation the finance and other reporting.
3. Regular travel, attendance and recording of meetings
4. Interpretation and translation

Qualifications & Competencies:

• An ability to support logistic or organize working trip.
• Excellent command of Vietnamese, English, Thai, and Lao. Or another useful mix for south East Asia.
• Interest in forestry, environment, and poverty alleviation.

Conditions:  10 to 20 days per month, Monday to Friday, timing flexible, contract for 6 months.
