MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnants of conflicts in current and former conflict zones.  Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG has been working to maximize community safety and help those most-at risk reduce their chance of being in a UXO accident.

We are seeking a fully qualified Fleet Administrator (FA) to join our team who will bring value addition to Fleet function of the MAG Vietnam programme.

Major functions:  The FA shall support the Fleet Department implementation and execution of all fleet administration needs, including vehicle maintenance and repairs paperwork, fuel tracking, inspection and registrations planning, and maintaining our GPS, Store Inventory, reports and Fleet management system.

Key requirements for the position include:

• College certificate related to Fleet/ Automotive Engineering/ Transport/ Business Management/ Administration/ Secretary major.
• Must be analytical, detail-oriented, careful, organized and consistent.
• Be a quick learner in new Fleet Management & Stock Management systems (Fleetio, GPS tracking, Inventory Zoho).
• Customer-service oriented, honest and trustworthy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve quality results.
• Working knowledge of vehicles would be beneficial but not compulsory.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and busy environment with strong individual and teamwork skills.
• Be able to handle pressure at work
• Be reliable and willing to support the team and other departments if needed.
• Proactive, with the ability to foresee issues to prevent problems and be able to solve problems in a fast and effective manner.
• Preferred to hold a valid driving license (from B2) but not compulsory.
• Be able to communicate in English fluently
• Have strong MS office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, reporting and documentation skills
• Always work within the MAG Code of Conduct.
• Understand and uphold the standards outlined in MAG’s Safeguarding Framework, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with MAG’s work and reporting concerns if they do arise.
