Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) with Payments to ABA ROLI Vendors in Vietnam
Description:
ABA ROLI is seeking proposals from Operations Services Providers based in Vietnam to manage aspects of ABA ROLI’s operations in Vietnam by ensuring timely payments to ABA ROLI’s vendors and other business-related expenses such as independent contractors, office rent, utilities, etc. Proposals should demonstrate legitimacy with respect to operational services in Vietnam, as well as the capacity to effect timely payments to vendors and other business-related expenses on behalf of ABA ROLI.
Proposals will be considered from qualified and experienced firms who are regularly established in the business of providing operational solutions, and who in the judgement of ABA ROLI are financially responsible. Successful proposals will show evidence of reliability, capability, experience, and knowledgeable personnel to perform the requested services.
Scope of Work:
Services to be performed, but are not limited to, include the following:
Response Format:
Responses should be concise and address the needs (as noted above) of ABA ROLI. Responding vendors should concisely but completely describe the scope of services they feel are appropriate to ABA ROLI’s needs. Please indicate the person who will be the primary point of contact with ABA ROLI for any follow up.
