We are now looking for members to work on the Vietnam Low Emission Energy Program II (V-LEEP II), a project sponsored by of the U.S. Government, which is helping Vietnam continue its transition to a clean, secure, and market-based energy sector by increasing the deployment of advanced energy systems, improving energy sector performance, and increasing competition in the energy sector. The program runs through September 2025. Specifically, Deloitte Consulting Vietnam (DCVN) is now looking for below positions:

2	Clean Energy Specialist/Expert	The successful candidate will work on following aspects: Implement technical activities under supervision and support from V-LEEP II Senior Technical Leadership to provide technical assistance and capacity building for ERAV, relevant stakeholders, other relevant power sector entities, and private sector participants. Proactively and effectively coordinate with relevant MOIT/ERAV in designing, developing, implementing and tracking V-LEEP II’s support activities in relation to DPPA Pilot Program finalization and its implementation. 3.	EV Market Specialist	The successful candidate will work on following aspects: Lead and coordinate technical assistance activities for EV deployment, including contributing to work products on EV charging standards, an action plan and roadmap for EV deployment and transportation decarbonization, and developing EV interconnection procedures for EV chargers Interface with private sector e-mobility stakeholders on behalf of V-LEEP II Collaborate on the design of e-mobility demonstration and pilot projects. 4.	Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Specialist/Expert	The successful candidate will coordinate with the V-LEEP II Senior Technical Leadership in managing and providing technical works on gender equity, including designing interventions, that: Increase the diversity of the energy sector workforce.
