Project highlights: PSI is now moving forward with a Social Enterprise (SE) approach in key markets including the Southeast Asia markets. This approach includes commercial models, appropriate marketing, pricing strategies as well as operational efficiencies to provide affordable pricing for a long-term sustainable funding. Encompassed in PSI’s vision is sustainably improving Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) among young women in Southeast Asia through reinvigorating and refocusing SRH efforts to include the delivery of health impact using cutting edge marketing and business strategies.

With that background, PSI/Vietnam currently seeks qualified & high motivated individuals to serve as DIGITAL BUSINESS MANAGER with our dynamic, results-oriented team

This position will be the full-time, 01-year contract with possible extension and will report to the Program Director, to be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City

Position summary: This position will work alongside a wider team of local and global stakeholders and own the PSI digital ecosystem for all of PSI’s digital brands, owning the successful design and implementation of the PSI’s strategic project

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Own development and execution of digital strategies in alignment to PSI’s global strategy
Be in charge of online consumer engagement and optimize consumer experience across all digital channels and solutions
Design and implement online customer acquisition and retention strategies across the portfolio of brands in alignment to business and health impact objectives
Measure and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and investments to optimize efficiencies and Return on Investment (ROI)
Leverage digital channels and data to obtain Market, Business, and Consumer Insights that inform business and digital strategy.

Selection criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or relevant field. Master degree – an advantage
Proven experience of which at least 3 years experience in digital marketing or advertisement
Strong understanding of the digital (SEM, Mobile technology) and paid social media marketing
Strong understanding of market and consumer insights and research
Technical know-how for designing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating digital campaigns and strategies
Excellent communication skills, specifically copy and visual storytelling ability
Excellent report writing and presentation skills (English & Vietnamese)
Strategic, analytical mind withdetail oriented
Travel is up to 20% level of effort (LOE)
