Request for Proposal (RFP) 2023/02, in the provision of 178,000 Rifampicin tablets for a TB project in Vietnam

The Woolcock Institute of Medical Research (Woolcock) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers interested in providing 178,000 Rifampicin 150mg or 89,000 Rifampicin 300mg tablets for a Tuberculosis project in Vietnam as described in the attached solicitation. Offerors can be manufacturers or distributors.

Woolcock plans to award a subcontract issued on a fixed-price basis. Offerors must propose costs that they believe are realistic and reasonable for the work. Cost proposals will be evaluated as part of the best value determination for subcontract awards, including cost-effective approaches to achieve results. Should further Amendments be necessary, potential bidders will be notified via email.

Proposals shall be prepared including Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal. The proposals shall provide evidence of the offeror’s capability and present the cost and related issues.
